Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic educational environment as a part-time School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. Beginning August 6th, 2026, you'll provide direct support to K-12 students across two campuses, playing a crucial role in their academic, behavioral, and emotional development. This contract position allows exceptional flexibility—arrange your 16 weekly hours in the way that best suits your schedule, giving you the autonomy to balance your professional and personal priorities. In this role, you'll make a measurable difference by collaborating with educators and families, conducting assessments, and implementing initiatives that foster a positive and safe learning atmosphere for students of all ages. What you'll bring to the team: Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience supporting students in a K-12 setting Proficient in conducting psychological and educational evaluations Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with teachers, administrators, and parents Ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities across multiple campuses Commitment to cultural competence, confidentiality, and evidence-based practices Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive assessments and writing detailed reports Providing counseling, interventions, and crisis response services as needed Consulting with staff and families to develop effective strategies for student success Participating in IEP meetings and providing expertise in special education eligibility Supporting initiatives that promote social, emotional, and mental wellness throughout the school community You will have the unique opportunity to impact students' growth while maintaining flexibility in your workweek.
