Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Embark on an exciting opportunity to make a difference within a dynamic educational environment! A full-time contract position is available for a skilled School Psychologist ready to deliver vital services across K-12 campuses near Midland, TX. This role emphasizes evaluation, re-evaluation, and comprehensive assessment, supporting the academic and social growth of students. The assignment runs from August 18, 2026 through May 26, 2027, offering the chance to work onsite collaborating with faculty and contributing directly to student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid Texas School Psychologist license (required) Previous experience with K-12 caseloads preferred Strong background in student evaluations and behavioral assessments Bilingual abilities are highly desirable Ability to adapt in an itinerant role; manage varying assignments and priorities Effective communicator working collaboratively with staff, families, and students
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing psychoeducational assessments for students across grade levels Participate in re-evaluations and report progress to educational teams Interpret data, develop recommendations, and support the creation of individualized education plans (IEPs) Work closely with multidisciplinary staff to enhance student wellbeing and learning outcomes Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations and guidelines Communicate findings clearly to students, parents, and school staff as needed The onsite nature of this role fosters direct connection, collaboration, and a meaningful chance to see your impact in the school community day-to-day.
