Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Take your School Psychologist expertise to an educational setting where you can truly make a difference for students ranging from PreK through 12th grade. This contract opportunity offers the chance to deliver comprehensive psychological services in a supportive school environment near Mount Gilead, OH. Your skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration will be essential in shaping positive learning experiences for students of all ages.
Key Qualifications:
Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working across PreK-12 age groups preferred Familiarity with conducting student evaluations, writing and implementing IEPs and BIPs, and utilizing progress monitoring Ability to work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive student evaluations to identify strengths and areas of need Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families Track student progress using evidence-based monitoring tools Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making Encourage positive behavioral support and inclusion throughout the school setting This position is full-time with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, giving you the consistency and structure to focus on what you do best: supporting student growth and success.
