Job Description
Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Embrace the opportunity to make a meaningful difference as a School Psychologist serving a dynamic educational community for the upcoming academic year. This contract position offers a chance to work closely with students across diverse settings, including early childhood, K-12, and both public and private schools. Multiple openings are available for dedicated professionals eager to contribute their expertise onsite. Your assignments will be tailored based on experience and interests, as supervisors work with you to match your skills to the most fitting caseload. This is a full-time Monday through Friday role, with flexibility for those seeking part-time schedules.
Key Qualifications:
Holds active and current Pennsylvania School Psychologist licensure Experience working with a range of student populations (early childhood through high school) is preferred Demonstrates strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills within the educational environment Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Committed to onsite and in-person school-based service deliveryPrimary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student learning and emotional well-being Support the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in team meetings Advocate for student needs in both public and private school settings Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelinesWhat You Can Expect:
