Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract School Psychologist - Hybrid Opportunity (K-12) We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative School Psychologist to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers a hybrid work model with a preference for strong on-site presence and provides the opportunity to support students across multiple grade levels in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Approximately 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM (flexible based on meetings and student needs)Work Model:
Hybrid (more on-site than remote preferred) School Assignments This role will support approximately 2-3 sites, including: One smaller elementary school The high school Middle school life skills students (approximately 10 students) Student Population Potentially serving students in grades K-12 depending on district needs Ratio of approximately 1 School Psychologist per 1,000 students Primary Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational testing for: Initial evaluations Re-evaluations Manage referrals and assigned caseload Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, administrators, and families Participate in eligibility meetings and provide recommendations for student support services Assessment Expectations Estimated annual testing responsibilities include: Approximately 25 evaluations at the high school Approximately 5 evaluations at the elementary level Approximately 1 evaluation for middle school life skills students Baseline expectation of roughly 60 initial evaluations annually, not including re-evaluations or new enrollments Behavioral & Counseling Support This role is primarily assessment-focused. Behavioral and counseling supports are already provided through: On-site BCBA Building Behavior Specialists School Counselors at each site Qualifications Valid Washington State School Psychologist License required Minimum of 2 years of experience strongly preferred Strong new graduates will also be considered Excellent assessment, collaboration, and communication skills Compensation for this position ranges from $47.24 to $67.24.
