Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year as a School Psychologist, serving middle and high school students in a supportive educational setting. This full-time contract position offers a chance to provide meaningful impact in students' lives, working onsite and collaborating with dedicated professionals.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification is required Experience with school-aged populations, particularly middle and high school students Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly preferred Proven ability to manage a caseload of 50-100 initial evaluations annually Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and staff Strong assessment, consultation, and crisis intervention skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, initial assessments, and re-evaluations as needed Support students' social, emotional, and academic development through counseling and consultation Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor effective student support plans Participate actively in IEP meetings and recommend appropriate interventions or accommodations Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district and regulatory requirements Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary within the school community
