Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school psychologist role is available in Cosmopolis, WA, providing specialized support within an elementary to junior high school setting. This position involves managing a caseload of approximately 26 students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), conducting initial evaluations as needed throughout the academic year, and delivering comprehensive psychological services onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students from elementary through junior high levels with IEP caseload management. Conduct initial psychological evaluations and assessments as required. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies. Provide ongoing psychological services to enhance student learning and well-being. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations and school policies.Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Washington State School Psychologist License. ESA Certification for Washington State. Experience working with diverse student populations in educational settings. Strong knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations. Effective communication and collaborative skills for working with school teams and families.Employment Details:
