Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful opportunity to support student success as an onsite School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year. Engage with middle and high school students in a dynamic, supportive environment where your expertise can foster positive outcomes. This full-time contract role spans from August 17, 2026, to May 26, 2027, providing a chance to build lasting relationships and positively impact a diverse student population.
Key Qualifications:
Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification (required) Experience managing a caseload of 50-100 initial evaluations annually Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable Prior experience working in middle and/or high school settings is preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret evaluation data for student learning and behavioral needs Consult with teachers, families, and administrators regarding student interventions and support plans Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and help develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and short-term support for students as needed Foster a safe and inclusive school climate that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth
