A contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support student success within a school setting in Elk River, MN. This role focuses on providing psychological services that address student learning and behavioral needs, collaborating closely with educators, parents, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for support. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers and staff to address behavioral and academic challenges. Provide consultation and counseling services to students and families. Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to ensure effective outcomes. Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field. Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Minnesota. Experience working within school settings, preferably with diverse student populations. Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, intervention strategies, and special education laws. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Location:
