Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a significant impact by supporting elementary students as a contract School Psychologist in the Framingham, MA area. This part-time opportunity runs through June 25, 2026, and focuses on conducting 10-13 student evaluations. The caseload consists primarily of elementary-age learners, offering the chance to utilize your assessment skills in a meaningful, student-centered environment. This position is predominantly onsite, but candidates with strong qualifications who prefer a virtual arrangement will be considered. Evaluations will include a mix of initial and additional assessments, requiring both solid foundational knowledge and adaptability.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active School Psychologist license/certification in Massachusetts required Prior experience working in a school-based environment Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive reports Ability to work effectively with young children and school staff Completion of CORI background check and fingerprinting mandated Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable with Zoom for interviews Familiarity with assessment tools and special education procedures
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough psychoeducational evaluations for elementary students Collaborate with instructional teams to interpret results and support student needs Maintain accurate, timely documentation and evaluation reports Communicate findings with parents, educators, and support staff Adhere to school, state, and federal guidelines for confidentiality and best practices This assignment offers professional flexibility with part-time hours and potential for virtual work arrangements.
