Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic part-time opportunity as a School Psychologist serving K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position offers a flexible schedule of 16 hours per week, with the freedom to arrange your hours in a way that best fits your lifestyle. You'll work across two campuses, making an impact by supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience providing psychological services in a school or educational setting Knowledge of best practices for K-12 student assessment and intervention Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and administrators Ability to manage and organize a diverse caseload across multiple age groups Commitment to promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment
Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning Provide counseling and intervention services focused on student well-being and academic success Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Lead or participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on student mental health Monitor, document, and report on student progress and maintain relevant records Support crisis intervention and contribute to a safe and welcoming school atmosphere
