Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in School Psychology Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist Experience conducting psychological assessments, delivering interventions, and providing counseling Strong understanding of special education laws, IEP development, and behavioral support strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adept with data-driven decision making and teamwork within school settings
Major Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs of students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans Provide direct counseling and intervention support to students individually or in small groups Participate actively in multi-disciplinary teams, offering insight and recommendations Support crisis intervention efforts and promote safe, inclusive learning environments Consult with staff to develop classroom-based strategies addressing diverse learner needs Document services and maintain accurate records in accordance with school standards Whether new to travel assignments or experienced in contract roles, you'll gain valuable skills and contribute meaningfully in a supportive educational community.
