Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity serving middle and high school students for the 2026-2027 academic year in a dynamic contract role. This full-time, onsite position starts August 17, 2026, and continues through May 26, 2027, where your expertise as a School Psychologist will be valued in helping students thrive.
Key Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification required Experience working with students in both middle and high school settings Skilled at managing a caseload of 50-100 initial evaluations (per year) Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish highly preferred Demonstrated proficiency with psychological assessments, report writing, and collaborating with educational teams
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students, providing actionable recommendations for interventions and supports Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and families to create individualized plans fostering student success Support special education teams with eligibility determinations, IEP processes, and 504 plan development Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
