Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to support the educational journey of students across a vibrant K-12 district near Rochester, NH. This full-time, contract position involves collaborating with a team of five experienced school psychologists and providing comprehensive psychological services district-wide. The district values flexibility—if you have a preferred grade level, accommodations can be made to align with your expertise.
Key Qualifications:
Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist Experience conducting psychological and academic assessments (evals, re-evals, initials) Proficiency in developing and participating in IEP meetings Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, staff, and administrators Ability to manage a diverse caseload across grade levels
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations to inform student supports Develop, monitor, and participate in IEPs as part of a multidisciplinary team Offer consultation, counseling, and intervention services to students, caregivers, and staff Collaborate closely with fellow school psychologists and district stakeholders Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to applicable regulations and policies This is a dynamic role for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, district-wide environment and enjoys making a deeply positive impact on students from kindergarten through graduation.
