Job Description:
A flexible opportunity is available for a School Psychologist (LSSP) supporting students across multiple school sites in Laredo, Texas. This contract role runs from March 30, 2026, through May 28, 2026, and offers a variable schedule ranging from part-time to full-time hours based on district needs. The psychologist will serve in an itinerant capacity, supporting a diverse student population and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student success. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who can effectively engage with a diverse school community.
Qualifications:
Active Texas Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) credential Master's degree in School Psychology or related field Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to an itinerant role across multiple school sites
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological evaluations and support student assessment processes Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on evaluation results Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in alignment with district and state requirements Travel between assigned school sites to provide services
