Working with a preschool-aged child with unique and complex medical needs, you'll play a vital part in their daily school experience.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Current, active RN license in New Jersey Experience with pediatric nursing, preferably within a school or similar environment Skilled in NG tube care and monitoring Ability to provide care for non-ambulatory students and address diverse health requirements Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Flexibility to assist with bussing as needed to ensure safe transportation CPR/BLS certification (required) Compassion, patience, and professionalism in every interaction

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide daily nursing care for a 3-year-old student with significant medical needs Monitor and manage NG tube feedings and medication administration Ensure the health, safety, and dignity of the student throughout the school day Deliver medical support as needed during transit to and from school (bussing responsibilities as assigned) Collaborate with school staff, educators, and the student's family to develop and follow care plans Keep accurate health records and communicate updates promptly to stakeholders Enjoy the meaningful impact of seeing a child participate fully in their educational experience under your expert care.
