Qualifications & Experience:

Active, unencumbered RN license. Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric/child health settings. Comfortable assessing and addressing student health concerns, injuries, and chronic conditions. Strong communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families. Ability to handle medical emergencies and maintain comprehensive health records. CPR certification, and up-to-date immunizations preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to students and staff, including first aid, medication administration, and chronic disease management. Develop and implement individual health plans for students with specific medical needs. Monitor and document student health issues, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Participate in health education, safety initiatives, and wellness activities. Liaise with parents, teachers, and external health professionals to support holistic student care.
