Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A fantastic opportunity awaits speech-language pathologists interested in making a difference in the lives of students from early childhood through high school. This full-time, contract position is designed for the upcoming school year, running from August 26 to May 27. Enjoy a focused four-day workweek, with 35 hours split across Tuesday through Friday, promoting an excellent work-life balance. The caseload encompasses approximately 50 students, primarily at the early childhood and elementary levels, but includes service to learners up through 12th grade. Both fully licensed SLPs and those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply—the environment is supportive and offers a broad range of experiences to expand your professional skills.
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Eligible for (or currently holds) SLP licensure in Missouri Open to current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or experienced SLPs Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff and families Adaptability and commitment to supporting students with diverse needs across a wide age span
