Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types Make a direct impact in students' lives by providing speech and language support in a dynamic elementary school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers a chance to foster growth and communication skills among young learners in a supportive academic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology Holds, or is eligible for, SLP-CCC credentials; recent graduates and those seeking Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also welcome to apply (supervision may be available) Licensed or able to obtain state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not requiredPrimary Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services to elementary-aged students with communication disorders Create individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain timely documentation Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team to support student success Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions Track student progress and adapt therapeutic approaches as needed Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture focused on student growth Working as a school-based SLP means forming meaningful connections with students and contributing to their lifelong learning.
