Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference this summer by providing speech and language support in a rewarding extended school year (ESY) program! This in-person contract position is perfect for a Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a flexible schedule and the chance to work with dedicated students near Punxsutawney, PA. Step into a role offering the opportunity to make an impact, all while enjoying weekday flexibility and focused hours. What you'll bring: Credentials as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Pennsylvania Prior experience providing speech services in a school or pediatric setting Ability to collaborate with educators and families to support student goals Strong communication skills and adaptability Commitment to providing speech therapy, as outlined in each student's IEP Role highlights: Deliver in-person speech therapy to students as part of the ESY summer program Work on-site one day per week, with the option to pick any day Monday through Thursday that suits your schedule Provide therapy from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, offering the ideal balance of work and personal time Ensure each student receives the required three speech sessions within the ESY dates: June 8-11, June 15-18, and June 22-25 Document student progress and collaborate closely with school teams This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a friendly, supportive environment that values your commitment to student success—all while enjoying the flexibility of a summer schedule.
