Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Discover an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive school community! We are seeking a passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year, with a contract beginning August 3, 2026, and concluding May 20, 2027. This role offers the chance to work 32 hours per week, providing vital services to preschool through 6th-grade students with a manageable caseload of 36-40 students. Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm for fostering communication skills and helping students achieve their best in a school setting. Whether you are credentialed as SLP-CCC or in your Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY), your expertise and dedication can help nurture young learners' potential.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or ability to obtain by start date ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or strong interest in working with students from preschool to 6th grade Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation Provide support and education to classroom staff and families to facilitate student growth This contract position is a chance to grow professionally while contributing to a vibrant educational community.
