Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic educational environment as you support students' communication and language development throughout the 2026/2027 academic year. As a contract Speech Language Pathologist, you'll directly impact learners by providing essential speech and language services, collaborating with educators, and engaging with families to foster student success. Your expertise will be vital as you evaluate students, develop treatment plans, and ensure thorough documentation in accordance with both state and district guidelines. This role is exclusively onsite, allowing you to build lasting relationships and see your impact firsthand.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Georgia and/or current educator certification ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred Previous experience working in a school-based setting is a plus Superior communication, organizational, and documentation abilities Availability for full-time hours, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with staff and families Maintain thorough, accurate records in compliance with requirements Work closely with multidisciplinary staff to support student achievement Enjoy the satisfaction of shaping students' futures in a supportive, hands-on educational setting throughout the academic year.
