Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in a dynamic school-based setting. This full-time, contract position runs from August 4, 2026, through May 26, 2027. You'll have the advantage of working at a single school site, which allows you to truly connect with your students and the school community while making a meaningful difference.
Key Qualifications:
Hold Current GA PSC certification, state SLP license, and professional SLP credential, along with an active
ASHA CCC
(Certificate of Clinical Competence) Experience working in or with schools and student populations Ability to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services independently (SLPAs are not considered for this role) Must complete required time-sensitive credentialing documents, including fingerprints and drug screening
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy to students and participate in IEP meetings and case management Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain appropriate documentation and ongoing communication with families and school staff Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support academic and social success for students Take initiative to stay current with best practices and compliance within school-based therapy
