Key Qualifications:

• Active or pending California SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work with diverse student populations across K-12
• Passion for fostering student success and supporting academic achievement

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
• Deliver effective therapy one-on-one or in small groups
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain required documentation and comply with district and state guidelines
