Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year as a Speech Language Pathologist, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade in an engaging, full-time contract position. This role offers a balanced caseload and a supportive setting, making a meaningful difference in students' communication and academic success. Candidates with SLP skills, including CCC and CFY designations, are encouraged to apply, especially those who thrive in collaborative K-12 educational environments. Your expertise will help develop tailored treatment plans, provide both direct and indirect services, and facilitate student progress in speech, language, and communication.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure and eligibility for professional credentials CCC-SLP or CFY status welcomed Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, documentation, and organization skills An adaptable and compassionate approach to student needs
Core Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for K-12 students Create individualized intervention strategies Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain thorough, compliant records and documentation Deliver both direct and consultative services within prescribed hours Focus solely on therapy—no additional out-of-contract obligations like bus or hall duties
