This full-time contract-to-hire opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) ready to work with an enthusiastic group of approximately 50 students. The assignment runs from July 31, 2026, to May 27, 2027, offering the chance to make a lasting impact throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) through ASHA Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in a school setting Prior school-based experience strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and students Ability to manage a diverse caseload with varied speech and language needs Organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and developing individualized treatment plans

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, or communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address each student's unique needs Deliver direct therapy sessions—both individual and group—aligned with best practices and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support students' academic and social success in the classroom Monitor and document student progress, updating goals and strategies as needed Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and strategies for support
