Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a difference in the lives of students by providing critical speech and language services for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic year. This onsite, full-time contract opportunity allows you to immerse yourself in a school environment, working closely with a dedicated team of educators and support staff. You'll have the chance to inspire growth, promote communication skills, and help students achieve their fullest potential in a supportive school setting.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Speech Language Pathology license in Georgia, or relevant educator certification Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred Prior experience in a school-based setting is a plus Well-developed communication, organization, and documentation abilities Full-time Monday-Friday availability Ability to work onsite for the duration of the assignmentPrimary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students within the school system Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators, families, and other service providers Participate in IEP development and meetings as required by school policies Maintain accurate documentation that fulfills state and district compliance Serve as a resource for school staff and parents regarding communication needs and strategies Participate in ongoing professional development as needed You'll find fulfillment working on a school calendar, providing continuity of care, and building strong connections with students and colleagues. Plan to work 37.5 hours per week across the full academic year, with caseload specifics to be determined.
