Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience or comfort with school-based SLP services Familiarity with teletherapy platforms preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to different learning environments and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy interventions to K-12 students, both virtually and in-person Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Conduct evaluations and maintain detailed records of student progress Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Provide consultative services to classroom teachers and participate in IEP meetings Monitor and report on student development, adjusting strategies as needed
