Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact on K-12 students' communication and academic success! This rewarding contract opportunity is ideal for Speech Language Pathologists (including Teletherapy and Clinical Fellows) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants seeking flexibility for the 2026-2027 school year. Work on a full or part-time schedule, supporting a diverse student population in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Servicing predominantly elementary grades, with some middle and high school involvement, you'll join a passionate team focused on helping every child find their voice.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA (CFY considered) Experience working in school settings preferred Teletherapy applicants should have prior virtual service delivery experience and comfortable using relevant technology platforms Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other school professionals Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills A patient, innovative approach to working with diverse groups of students
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students, addressing articulation, language, social communication, fluency, and other needs Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments as required Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Offer support and recommendations to teachers and families to foster student progress Maintain progress notes, documentation, and compliance with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and professional development This contract offers flexibility—choose a full or part-time schedule that fits your lifestyle throughout the 26-27 school year.
