Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role providing vital speech-language services to students in a supportive educational environment near Anoka, MN. This opportunity involves working in a single building with a manageable caseload of 20-40 students, primarily supporting setting 4 kids across different education centers. You'll make a profound difference, collaborating closely with a dedicated team to maximize student communication success.
Skills & Qualifications:
Valid and active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong ability to support diverse learners, focusing on school-aged children Collaborative mindset with excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Flexibility to adapt intervention strategies to various student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students on your caseload Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine speech-language needs and progress Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student development and success Maintain thorough and compliant records per district and regulatory guidelines
