Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into an enriching school-based contract opportunity designed for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll work with K-12 students over the academic year, providing essential speech and language services that make a lasting difference in young lives. This role begins in August 2026 and extends through June 2027, offering consistency and the chance to build strong connections with your students and colleagues. Your expertise will support students' communication skills in a collaborative setting focused on empowerment and growth. Enjoy a steady weekday schedule with 30+ hours across five days each week.
Qualifications:
Current MS SLP licensure required Credentials suited for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY pathways Experience or passion for working in school settings (K-12 preferred) Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to tailor interventions for diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and screenings for students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized intervention plans Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP and district guidelines Offer support and guidance to students and their families throughout their therapy journey
