Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic educational environment as a dedicated speech-language pathologist providing crucial support to students for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, contract opportunity requiring on-site presence at a single K-12 school in the Dallas, GA area. You'll play a key part in helping students achieve their communication goals, working closely with school staff and administration.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active GA PSC certificate (required by start date) Current Georgia professional license and active credential with ASHA (CCC-SLP) Experience delivering SLP services within a school setting preferred Commitment to completing all credentialing paperwork, including fingerprints and drug screening, prior to assignment Willingness to participate in a prescreen interview (scheduling flexibility available between 9-11 a.m. and 2-3 p.m. EST)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services for a diverse K-12 caseload (specifics to be determined) Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with educational teams Document student progress, maintain compliance with state and district guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings as required Provide direct and consultative services tailored to the unique needs of each student with professionalism and compassion
