Key Qualifications:

Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) is required Applicants in their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) are welcome to apply Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Solid understanding of a variety of speech and language disorders, along with effective intervention strategies for learners of all ages

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to K-12 students facing speech, language, and communication challenges Deliver evidence-based therapy to help students advance their communication abilities and meet academic goals Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to embed communication objectives within students' daily educational experiences Thoroughly document progress and comply with school and state record-keeping requirements Compensation for this role ranges from $48/hour for Clinical Fellows to $64/hour for SLPs with the Certificate of Clinical Competence.
