Job Description

A growing biotechnology company is looking to add a Scientist to their team. Ideal candidates will have strong experience with AKTA, HPLC, FPLC, and UPLC. Protein Purification Research Associate's will be part of a multi-disciplinary research and development team to characterize recombinant proteins via high-throughput protein expression, purification and biophysics.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to workflows that include high-throughput protein expression, purification, and characterization. Execute experiments and analyze experimental data Work collaboratively with other scientists to contribute to the company's R+D goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS or MS degree in Chemistry, Protein Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field 2+ years of protein experience in industry (pharma, biotech, CRO) Experience with protein expression, purification and engineering. Understanding of HPLC, UPLC, or FPLC
