• + Perform wet chemistry testing + HPLC, UV-Vis, CE + Sample receipt + Glassware washing + Use ALCOA to document test results in electronic notebooks + Would support various QC labs where work is needed + Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements + Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT + Prepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growth •Qualifications•+ Bachelor's degree in physical science (chemistry, physics, etc.

), or other related degree concentration, with a minimum of 4 years of experience +

• At least 2 years of GMP industry leadership experience is required
