Job DescriptionAre you excited to build real-world lab experience in bioprocessing and biologics? Join a collaborative team where you'll contribute to meaningful scientific work, develop technical skills, and grow your career in a GMP-regulated environment.🚀 What You'll DoRun lab-scale cell culture experiments (shake flask → fed-batch bioreactors → harvest)Support cell bank characterization and bioprocess development activitiesPerform affinity chromatography and viral inactivation workflowsExecute cell banking activities in a regulated (cGLP) environmentPartner with scientists to plan and schedule lab studiesAnalyze experimental data and support technical reports for regulatory/commercial usePresent findings in team and cross-functional meetingsProvide on-the-floor support to Manufacturing (troubleshooting + process improvements)🧪 What You BringHands-on experience (academic or industry) with:

Cell cultureBasic lab techniques and instrumentationFamiliarity with biologics or antibody manufacturing processes (a plus)Strong data analysis skills (Excel required; stats exposure helpful)Comfortable using:

Additional InformationPosition is full-time, first-shift, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. 
Pay:
$22.50 - $23.50/hourExcellent full-time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options.
