Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm

Position Overview:

Kelly Services is seeking an Agriculture Technician to support greenhouse research and production operations for one of our industry-leading clients in the agriculture sector. This hands-on role involves preparing soil, assembling testing units, and supporting controlled environment studies. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in Agriculture, Biology, Horticulture, or a related field who are interested in contributing to meaningful agricultural research and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare soil and materials for use on production and assembly lines Assist in assembling test units for biological studies Deliver and set up test units in greenhouse facilities Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the work area Comply with safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Perform basic data entry and assist with documentation Support process improvement and research activities as needed

Qualifications:

Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Agriculture, Biology, Horticulture, or a related field Experience in manufacturing, production, greenhouse, or laboratory environments is a plus Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Forklift experience is a plus Why Work with Kelly?
