Job Description
Operation Technician Monday - Thursday, 7a - 4p + Friday mornings to hit 40 hours $20 per hour Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and documentation skills Comfortable working in an aseptic environment and wearing required PPE Ability to routinely pipette, prepare media, and perform repetitive lab tasks Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test Preferred Qualifications Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Biology, Microbiology, or related field Experience with aseptic technique, cell culture, or biological laboratory procedures Basic Microsoft Office and SAP skills Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Responsibilities Support the production of veterinary biological products in a USDA-licensed facility while following company and regulatory requirements.
