Cancer Cell Biology And Signaling Thomas Jefferson University - 3.7 Philadelphia, PA Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications Biology Molecular Biology Biochemistry Bachelor's degree Assays Full Job Description A position is available for a Research Technician to study the regulation of heterotrimeric G protein signaling function in uveal melanoma. The Research Technician will use a variety of molecular and cell biology techniques, including mutagenesis, gene editing, signaling assays, immunoblotting, fluorescence microscopy, cell culture and flow cytometry. Some experience in molecular biology lab is preferred. Applicants should have an undergraduate bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology or related field. This position is a temporary 6 month position with potential to be expanded to a permanent position.
