The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a CNA certification and at least one year of patient care experience in an acute care hospital setting. The candidate must be available to work a combination of two 12-hour and two 8-hour shifts each week, with rotating weekends and holidays.

• 11:00pm.

The Inpatient G10East Gynecologic/Radiation Unit is a 25 bed unit with our faculty and nursing team treating and providing nursing care management to all types of surgical and radiation oncology inpatient patients. Our primary population is delivered to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Treatment modalities include chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, medical management and supportive care to patients with gynecological malignancies and patient undergoing radiation therapy.

Essential Job Functions:

Provides patient care services as assigned by a registered nurse. Impacts patient comfort and outcome of care. Acts as member of a multidisciplinary team that identifies and addresses patient care needs. Assists in completion of activities of daily living, mobilization, admit/discharge and obtaining vital signs. Updates and retrieves patient information. Ensures patient environment is maintained in a clean, safe and orderly manner. Acts as part of an assigned care team. Other duties as assigned
