We are looking for a Research Associate II to join Dr. Elizabeth Budde's T Cell Therapeutics Research Laboratories. This role involves fast-paced research in cutting-edge technology, immunotherapeutic programs, and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions to critical illnesses. For more information on T Cell Therapeutics research, please visit here . As a successful candidate, you will:
- Conduct tissue culture, maintaining cell cultures and applying aseptic techniques for various cell lines, especially T cell lines.
- Perform T cell functional assays, including cytotoxicity, cytokine production assays, and ELISAs.
- Conduct cell staining for Multicolor Flow Cytometry and analyze flow cytometry data.
- Assist in murine surgical procedures, tissue harvesting/preparation, and contribute to revising/maintaining lab protocols.
- Provide routine lab support and maintain activities in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related field, with 2 years of post-degree research experience, or 1 year with a Master's degree
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in lab work, and robust record-keeping skills
Preferred:
