6 Month Contract potential for hire Overview Biopharmaceutical Division of a Global Contract Testing & Laboratory Services company is seeking an Associate Scientist in Fremont, CA. Responsibilities Perform mammalian cell culture, including maintenance and expansion of cell lines Perform cell based assays as determined by client (different assays throughout the day) Collect and share data throughout research process - may present internally and externally Requirements Bachelor's degree required - preferably in chemistry or biology Experience with 384 well plates (96 well plates acceptable but 384 preferred) Mammalian cell culture experience required Experience handling different cell lines (CHO, HEC, etc) Nice to have: flow cytometry and cell sorting System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
