Position description Dr. Hoshi's laboratory at the University of California, Irvine, is seeking a highly motivated individual for a part-time Junior Specialist position to conduct molecular and behavioral experiments focused on controlling pathogenic neuronal overexcitation mediated by Kv7 channels using genetic and pharmacological approaches.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong background in behavioral studies and molecular biology. Hands-on experience in designing and conducting experiments in these areas. Excellent organizational and communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge research in a collaborative environment.
