Job Description

here is an immediate opening for a postdoctoral position in the Xu Lab in the Diabetes Center, University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). The project will study CNS neuronal circuits on regulation of feeding behavior and body weight. The project will use a combination of mouse genetics, neuroscience and molecular biology approaches. The postdoc applicant must have a recent Ph.D. degree, and should demonstrate a passion for science, innovative thinking and the ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent communication skills, strong backgrounds on mouse genetics and neuroscience are required.
