You will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside experts in genomics, computational biology, and therapeutic development. We are looking for broadly capable scientists with strong technical depth and the curiosity to pursue new biological frontiers. Key Responsibilities Design and execute hypothesis-driven studies to uncover mechanisms regulating cell state, stress responses, regeneration, aging, and disease biology. Develop and apply robust cellular assays to connect genotype or perturbation with phenotype using molecular, imaging, or functional readouts. Lead and perform functional genomics experiments using CRISPR-based technologies, pooled or arrayed screening, Perturb-seq, and related perturbation platforms. Integrate screening results with mechanistic follow-up experiments to validate causal biology. Translate in vitro discoveries into in vivo models by designing and executing hands-on mouse studies in relevant disease mouse models. Collaborate closely with computational scientists to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable biological insight. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic scientific direction. Lead project strategy, experimental design, execution, troubleshooting, and data interpretation. Contribute to publications, patents, and broader scientific strategy. Deep hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and molecular/cellular biology techniques. Strong track record of experimental achievement in mechanistic biology and independent scientific thinking. Ability to design rigorous experiments, troubleshoot complex systems, and interpret multidimensional datasets. Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced research environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with functional genomics approaches such as CRISPR screens, Perturb-seq, or high-throughput perturbation platforms. Expertise in single-cell sequencing, spatial genomics, ribosome profiling, or other next-generation genomics methods. Expertise in physiologically relevant in vitro models (e.g., stem cell-derived systems, primary human cells, organoids) applied to questions in aging biology, regeneration, and/or disease biology (e.g., fibrosis, inflammation, metabolic disease). Experience linking large-scale discovery platforms to mechanistic follow-up and target validation. Strong computational expertise and experience integrating multi-omic datasets. Interest in emerging areas of biology, including underexplored pathways, novel regulators, or poorly annotated regions of the genome. The salary range for
