Role Overview:
As a Field Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our home inspection operations. You'll work closely with our inspectors, providing essential on-site support to ensure inspections are conducted efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting inspectors with equipment setup and breakdown. Providing ancillary services, such as radon, mold and water testing. Supplying inspectors with needed supplies. Speaking with homebuyers regarding service(s) being performed.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in various weather conditions and physical environments. Prior experience in customer service or field support roles preferred, but not required.
