Responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of lab organization to support R D efficiency. Manage standard operating procedures for lab related preparative work and maintain inventory of reagents, media, and consumables. Oversee and optimize in-house inventory systems for accuracy and organization. Handle lab supply orders, stock management, and vendor relations. Ensure lab equipment is well-maintained and coordinate necessary repairs. Improve protocols to enhance efficiency in lab operations.

Required Qualifications:

B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field. 1-3 years of experience as either a researcher or technician in a laboratory setting (biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical, dentistry or pharmacy). Experience in inventory management. Proficient in spreadsheets. Preferred qualifications : Skilled in sterile technique and laboratory techniques such as autoclaving and reagent preparation. Leading establishment of new or updated standard operating procedures
