Field Technician (Travel Role)

About Us Sports Labs is the leading third-party testing company in the sports surfaces industry. We work with professional stadiums, universities, and organizations worldwide to ensure their playing surfaces meet the highest standards. The Role We are looking for a hands-on, adventurous Field Testing Technician who enjoys traveling and working with cutting-edge technology. In this role, you'll be part of a small team performing on-site testing on synthetic turf and natural grass fields at stadiums, universities, and sports facilities. What You'll Do Travel to different job sites across the U.S. and occasionally abroad Perform specialized field tests on sports surfaces using advanced equipment Collect and analyze test data to ensure field quality Maintain, calibrate, and transport testing equipment Work closely with teammates and clients in a professional manner What We're Looking For No prior turf knowledge is required—we provide full training.

The right candidate will bring:

A valid Driver's License and clean driving record Ability to obtain/hold a passport for international travel Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Professional attitude, self-motivation, and adaptability Excitement for a travel-focused lifestyle

Key Details Base Pay:

$40,000 per year + overtime

Travel:

100% during the work week (all expenses paid)
