Job Description

About Bowser AI North America is reindustrializing. There is an enormous amount to build, and not enough people to build it. Construction is the only major industry where productivity has declined: workers spend more time waiting, searching, and coordinating than actually building. Bowser AI is building the platform that to get more done everyday on the jobsite. We capture what's really happening, validate what works, and scale proven improvements across operations. We're deeply embedded with one of the largest contractors in the US as our design and development partner. The Role We're running a live deployment of our field platform at a major active construction project in the Elizabethtown, Kentucky area, and we need a local presence on the ground. This role is part adoption lead, part field researcher. You'll help the crews get real value from the product, watch closely how work actually happens on the site, and feed what you learn straight back to the team building the software. You'll be Bowser's eyes and ears on a real job site, and the observations you bring back will directly shape what we build. What You'll Do Drive adoption: train foremen and crews on the app, answer their questions, and build trust on site Provide hands-on tech support and light setup for field users Observe field work directly and document the real problems crews face Run structured activity studies (work sampling, time-and-motion) to measure how time is actually spent on the job Conduct UX research: watch how field users interact with the app and surface where it's getting in their way Capture feedback and flag product gaps to the team What We're Looking For Must have: Local to the Glendale / Elizabethtown, Kentucky area (this is an on-site role) Comfortable on an active construction site: personal protective equipment, early-morning starts, and a fast-moving industrial environment Sharp, observant, and rigorous: you notice details and record them accurately Personable and credible with field crews: you can earn the trust of foremen and tradespeople
Tech-comfortable:
you can learn a new app quickly and help others use it Reliable and self-directed Nice to have: An analytical or data background (research, engineering, quality, or analysis) Background in construction, manufacturing, or other field/industrial work Experience with structured process observation, user experience research, or customer support. Location & Schedule On-site at the project in the Glendale / Elizabethtown, Kentucky area Full-time, on a contract basis Early starts to match the field day (crews often begin at 6am) Why This Role Be the eyes and ears of an AI startup on a real job site. A hands-on mix of fieldwork, research, and technology. A direct line to the team building the product: your observations shape what gets built. Flexible, full-time contract work close to home.
