Work Model:
Onsite Responsibilities Conduct experiments to identify and validate drug targets related to cardiometabolic health. Support assay design, optimization, validation, and data analyses for next-generation sequencing applications. Design and execute molecular and cell biology experiments, including RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, snRNA-seq, and other•seq library preparations. Troubleshoot and analyze complex data to support drug discovery projects within the Cardiometabolic Research team. Present research findings and conclusions orally and in written reports to team members and stakeholders. Requirements Experience with next-generation sequencing library preparation, including RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, and snRNA-seq. Strong background in molecular and cell biology techniques. Proficiency in data analysis related to sequencing experiments. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-therapeutic team environment. Bachelor's degree in Biology, Genetics, or related field; 0+ years of relevant experience.
